Hi Everyone Was listening to the Steve Wright show this afternoon and they do a Facto type thing. He said Rain water is packed with B12 ... !! Wow I thought! If this is true perhaps we should be collecting it to drink or something ..? Any Thoughts Folks ..

I have read that algae which will develop in rain water, do contain vitamin B12 , but it's not in a form that can benefit us . So no, don't bother drinking rain water!

however, doubt the amounts are particularly significant and whilst they might be enough for someone with no absorption problem they are unlikely to do anything for anyone with an absorption problem.
