I think even though they did bloods to see how your body is absorbing they should have at least given your routine injection afterwards.
Sorry this should have been tagged to beginners post.
Oh dear... Well my whoop was short lived.... as I tripped over my own feet in Drs waiting room and went flying, then had to sit there for ages trying not to cry with the frustration of it all. My lovely nurse did tell me to try again with my dr to see if they can do them sooner, (mind you I did ask her to show me how to inject myself)
Hope you are ok pixie, should have used your lack of balance to tell them 'see i need it before my three month one!'
So sorry to read this Pixielula I hope the carpet was softer than my pavement when I took a fall three days before my scheduled injection.
When I queried with my "ever so understanding" nurse yesterday whether there were any more patients in the practice like me she said "Oh lots" and then said "Why don't you book an earlier appointment on a Friday instead of the usual Monday?"
I couldn't believe my ears for the tinnitus and staggered off to the car...
Haha........I've just had a thought, dangerous I know!! I bet the people in the waiting room thought I was drunk, maybe I will laminate a sign and wear it around my neck when my b12 starts to wear off
I'M NOT DRUNK
I JUST NEED MY
B12 SHOT
what do you think?
