Anti parietal cell positive

Hi.. I have been recently diagnosed with b12 defiency and anti parietal antibody is positive. What could be the sign of this?is it PA

While there are other reasons why one might show positive for anti-GPC antibodies, in combination with low B12 values it's a very good chance that you do have PA.

I had that and it the deficiency got worse until it gave me angina. Do keep on top of it and good luck x
