Amazon special deal on patches

Just went on to Amazon to buy some more patches and found that they're selling them for £2.99 (normally £12.99) for a pack of 8 patches (1200ug MeCobalamin + 400ug Folic Acid). They are being sold as 'Add-On' items, so you need to buy £20 worth of stuff (anything fulfilled by Amazon). They've got a 3-year shelf life, so I bought 7 packets.

Thanks for this, I was ordering from them anyway so I've added 4 packs to the order. I've never used patches before and I'm still learning what works for me. Has anyone tried them before and are they any good?
