i cant understand the form to fill out for delivery on amazon.de bloody hell im so frustrated with it. if only i could read german grrrr can anyone help pleasssssse

Try Google Translate. Copy either the text you want to translate or the address of the page into the text box on this page:

It should automatically translate from German into English. Numerous other options are available if you need other languages.

As always, be VERY careful with machine translation. It varies between unbelievably good to dangerously bad.

From my experience most German sites suffer from this problem even where there is a translation the English tends to be minimal and there is still a lot of German but such is life.

At least most of the information on the various links is in English

This is probably the bit most relevant to setting up a delivery address ... though I'm not going to place an order just to find out.

Presumably you do not have an Amazon account. I would suggest setting up your account on Amazon.co.uk, and then ordering from the German site where you will only need to click on a few buttons to complete your order (and not have to type out your address etc).
