For me the injections are essential, the sublinguals are an extra that mean I can be fully well and manage my levels to compensate for what I do.

Injections are far more effective than oral supplements for me.

Injection without a doubt

Injections monthly topped up orally with supplements of B12 from Holland and Barrett.

I have P.A. and for me only injections work.I have tried patches, sub-linguals and nose-spray, but injections are the ones for me. But we are all diferent. you need to experiment. Best of luck!

Weekly injection of cyano-B12 for me but I also supplement with methyl-B12 sublinguals 30 minutes before business meetings to top up for full brain function.

I also have folic acid supplements as will as a daily multivitamin

Hi, what's mg of cyan do you inject weekly?

The dosage is 1000mcg/ml. I take 0.5 ml on Sunday night and 0.5 ml on Wednesday. The vial has a rubber stopper and is not an ampule.

This regime has smoothed out the roller coaster ride of peaks and valleys.

4 hours after my first injection, I felt better than I had in months. I thought I must be crazy....how could one shot make that big a difference?? The more I read, the more I learned that it takes months or years for the supply in your liver to get low enough to show symptoms. Because mal-absorption from food is the cause, you need that big boost from the shot to start restocking. I have shoots monthly and subliminal tablets daily.

For injections, what kind is everyone taking? I can only get cyano, they barely do a thing for me. I take hydroxo sublinguals, but because they are different types I can't really compare.

Sally Pacholok ("Could it be B12?") recommends covering all bases with injections and supplements.

Our family have found Jarrows Methylcobalamin 5000mcg SL very effective (good reviews on Amazon for neurological symptoms)

Injections hydroxocobalamin plus sublingual methylcobalamin. Injections are best for me. Recently tried cyanocobalamin injection but not convinced it did anything. Feel pretty rough at the moment but might be coming down with something?
