B12 spray

Ordeted a spray from amazon does anyone know if this will help till my next injection is due?

Unfortunately people vary so much that the only way to know if it will work is to try it and see - hope it does.

I find nasal spray really works for me but use a mixture of hydroxo, methyl and I'm trialling some adenosyl - work on different symptoms.

Ah would really like to know what nasal spray has a mix of all 3 ?

I came across a website b12oils.com - where they have methyl & adeno - but I'm to afraid to try that - as I have had no luck with methyl.

I would like to try adeno or hydro but not sure in what form yet. I guess the mildest form just to try out for the least amount of possible complications.

Different forms are different sprays - so I have different ones dotted around

I get them from detox people.

Strictly speaking the adenosyl I'm using at the moment probably isn't meant to be used nasally but ...
