That's awful! I'm so sorry for their idiocy.
Have you been in contact with citizens advice - or got legal advice on whether the dismissal is valid. Are a number of variables - including how long you had been employed but it really does seem unfair.
I am so sorry to hear that. I would agree that it is worth contacting an agency or advocate. I am in the U.S., so I don't know your system. Here we have the Bureau of Labor and Industry or attorneys. I want encourage you to find out what your rights are and stand you got them! Best of luck to you!

Did your GP follow the guidelines with your treatment as mentioned in your earlier thread. If not then surely you have a concrete case. It may be a good idea to e-mail Martyn Hooper at the Pernicious Anaemia Society for advice.....

I think you will find its actually illegal?!
We have a young woman that works at the company I do and she is always off sick with her complaint and she got a reduction in her hours!
It might be worth Persuing this.

If you feel you haver been discriminated against because of your illness the CAB will be able to help you.
