Hi does anyone know if it's ok to take the methylcobalamin spray in between one monthly injections of hydrocobalamin? And if so has anyone found that it helps? Thanks K

Yes it is ok. I take this and sublingual tablets. When I ran out I really noticed that I was flagging and started to get some pins and needles back. I take monthly Hydroxocobalamin.

i know that sufferers are taking all sorts of combinations of, tablets, sublinguals, methyl and hydroxo, Experimentation seems to be the sensible thing, people react in different ways so require different protocols. If it works carry on, if it doesn't try something else. I would just say, read up on any complexes you try out because overdosing on B12 is impossible but overdosing is possible with other vitamins.

I use a mixture of methyl and hydroxo nasal sprays which works well with me on different symptoms - need both to really keep everything under control.

B12 isn't toxic and there are no known downsides to having high B12 levels so that isn't an issue.

There is a correlation between B12 shots and higher rates of some cancers but theory is that the causal link is probably the period of B12 deficiency before the supplementation started - as B12D is known to cause cancer.

Hi!

My symptoms almost completely cleared following my loading injections at Easter and then came back very quickly 10 days ago.

Not able to get another injection quickly enough I bought a bottle of B12 Boost from Amazon. There are 160 squirts giving 40 days at the recommended rate.

Having established I wasn't going to have any adverse reactions to it I increased my dosage until most of my symptoms, including the all-encompassing fatigue, brain fog and "nettle stings" disappeared.

It enabled me to work at a beer festival for 4 days followed by showing cattle for 3 days and still be bright enough to reason with a Dr to secure another jab next week!

Having already used most of the first bottle I ordered 3 more (to avoid postage rates!) & they were delivered the next day.

High doses worked for me!

Good luck!

I use the Boost spray at double the recommended dose spread throughout the day - two sprays four times a day. It's not a complete replacement for the jabs but it does help stop the symptoms returning too quickly in between times.
