Nausea after Vit B12 spray

Hi

I have B12 injections every 12 weeks but find I have to top up with the spray for about 3wks before it is due as all my symptoms return.

This time I have noticed I feel really nauseous.It does wear off but it is not a pleasant feeling.

Has anyone else had this.I would welcome any comments.
