Can anyone advise me as to whether treatments given for cancer and cause B12 deficiency? I had breastfeeding cancer about 6 years ago and had chemotherapy and radiology.

Have been feeling really unwell for about a year now and all the usual blood tests have come back negative for anything.

Sorry to hear that. Yes some treatments can interfere with B12/folate eg methotrexate. Did you get copies of your results. Post them along with your symptoms for more help here.

I was diagnosed with PA 5 months after completing chemo for breast cancer (taxotere & cytoxan). Have never found anything to indicate that it was anything other than a coincidence, but it does make me wonder.
