Hi everyone does anyone get a bad headache following their B12 injection.

Hi fluffpuff64,

Occasionally strangely it depends which nurse give me the injection, I also feel a little tired after. It could be that your tensing your neck and shoulder whilst having the injection.

Thanks for your reply, but am not tense when i have it as it doesn't bother me.But i agree it does make me feel more tired for the next 24 hrs.Its gives me mirgraine also for two days following it, then am fine again.

I forgot to add I get headaches before I have my injection, also asked 2 of the girl I work with who also have PA neither have headaches but one feels dreadful afterwards but I am pretty sure once or twice she has mentioned having a headache. Have you tried the PAS site .Can I also ask if you have put on a lot of weight as I have?
