I took thiamine mononitrate for one week . Last night I awoke three times and asked, where’s my tremor. I will give it more time
That's great Roy. Please keep us posted, I might have husband try it, too. He doesn't experience any tremors during his night sleep though.

I took thiamine mononitrate for one week . Last TWO nights I awoke three times and asked, where’s my tremor. I’d like to see this reaction duplicated.
I take my regular thiamine hcl 4 grams daily but replace 500 mg thiamine hcl with 500 mg thiamine mononitrate.
Give it a trial period and let us know what’s your experience.
