Healthline says: “The main difference is that tremor is rhythmic in its movement, particularly around one joint. Dyskinesia is not only involuntary, but it's also usually disordered. Tremor associated with Parkinson's is usually suppressible with movement and activity, while dyskinesia isn't.”
Mine is usually more than one joint, yet still mostly (if not all) rhythmic and I can usually stop it (puzzled) 😕. So, let’s see what happens if I miss my C/L dose. Hum… My tremor is less than half what it has been… I think I must have tremor feeding into dyskinesia, if such is possible.
I need to carry this experiment a little further -- half dose the rest of the day. Maybe HDT is working better than I thought.... 😕🙃🙏

Apple has offered a MPower App for use on the iWatch (Model5) that has an Application Programming Interface to develop programs to monitor tremors and dyskinesia. They may already offer the ability the measure the frequency and amplitude of the involuntary motion. A friend and I are looking at making our own system using an arduino 33 BLE Sense ($45) which has the necessary sensors built-in. For people who actively monitor the effects of triggers, mitigaters and drugs on their tremors, I think that being able to easily quantify their tremors and changes in their tremors is a basic requirement.
So when did it start getting worst... When I switched to Alinamin-F (TTFD)... I have been switching back and forth for 77 days, because tremor seemed worst. Maybe it will turn out with Alinamin-F I not longer need C/L 🤔😁
Only took 1-1/2 of my normal 5 yesterday. This morning very very little tremor. Yes.... Yes... the HDT is working better than I thought.
my Dyskinesia is Levodopa peak Dyskinesiaand is a smooth, flowing movement...not erratic or disordered. It does't interview with my life and is usually my legs when sitting still, but my upper body will also start to 'sway' on occassion at peak dose. My neurologist who saw it said 'that's Dyskinesia, we call it peak levodopa Dyskinesia' I had no idea as I always thought dyskinesia was erratic in nature, but not so
