L tyrosine instead of levopoda. i ve difficulties to walk after taking sinemet. I ve tried l TYROSINE instead and can walk almost normally. before i used to take L tyrosine and sinemet. found not to take together.
tried only sinemet couldn't walk.
tried L tyrosine alone. it works perfectly.

According to the following link, unless you are on a low meat or no meat diet, you should be getting significant tyrosine in your diet.

"For every 1 gram of protein in your diet, you should be getting 47 milligrams -- 0.047 gram -- of tyrosine, the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine reports. For instance, the general protein recommendation is 56 grams a day for men and 46 grams for women. Based on these standards, men need 2.6 grams of tyrosine daily and women 2.2 grams." [note: 56 grams is about 2 ounces, and 2.6 grams of tyrosine is 2,600 mg]
