I just found out my level is low. Low Vitamin B12 can cause many neurologic symptoms and anxiety, depression, fatigue and brain fog. Get your level checked if you haven't.

The B12 treatment that has been validated for the LRRK2 mutation form of Parkinson's is a special version known as adenosyl B12. It is available from the Seeking Health company.

The problem is gut absorption -if you are low and not vegetarian. Why shots are needed or if not sublingual

It seems like a good digestive enzyme complex may be very helpful in such a circumstance or at least worth testing.

In my case since I'm already low and having symptoms of being low I'll rely on the shots but if I wasn't low I might do something like that.
