Anyone try this handwriting challenge?

We just learned about this today at occupational therapy. I wanted to know if anyone has tried the handwriting challenge and if they could see the difference?delaythedisease.com/

well i haven't tried any occupational therapy, at one time it was unreadable. but i have been practicing ever to concentrate on each letter/ one by one, and it seems to help. i would think that you start doing the exercise that you learned in 1st grade, about writing over and over the vowels. and then the consanets. and just keep reading them over and over. . {writing} then when it comes to making out the grocery list, at least it is readable. i hesitate to go to far or it become scribbled. but just concentrate. on each letter.

The web sight delaythedisease.com is about exercize to stop the pregression of PD. They have a handwriting challenge. A person does their specific exercises for 12 weeks, (they take about 10 minutes) then does a short written sentence. The idea is to see how a person with PD's handwriting changes after doing the exercises. I wanted to know if anyone has done this challenge and what the results was.
