Anyone tried this?

It worries me that I don't remember ordering this. Long before PD I tended to fall for every scheme to come across my desk. I spent thousands at medical conferences thinking the product would improve my practice and quickly pay for itself. Sadly that was seldom the case. I wasn't allowed to speak with pharmaceutical reps because they easily talked me into trying the latest drug or treatment they were selling. This isn't specifically about PD treatment but I included the photo just in case someone has tried it.

Thanks,

kpo

Bad news. Avoid like the plague.

The ingredients list show Vit D, B12 and B6, chromium, green tea extracts and green coffee extracts, , l-carnitine and l-theanine. I imagine the sellers can show some magic in the levels or ratios but I don't see anything toxic or dangerous. Just another scheme that might be bogus. But I've spent the $49 so I may as well continue adding the packets to coffee.

The problem is not what the label says is in it, but who is doing the saying. I'd pitch it and consider it tuition.

Medication is not the only way to overcome many of the symptoms of Pd. In fact, I know of no medication that actually does that. But Fast Walking does, as many others have found out. It costs nothing to do and I will send you all the details and videos for nothing, to help you on your way. Why not contact me?

could fast riding of an exercise bike have a similar result?

It would have some affect but not to the same extent that fast walking has. It is not weight-bearing to start with and it does not involve the brain in any way.

Just a thought, but I'm learning Chinese and would put learning Chinese videos to engage my thinking while exercise biking on a very high exertion level where I had to ride standing almost. Walking engages a lot more muscle groups and you have to actively think about where you're putting you feet, avoiding running into trees and poles, stepping in undesirable things, etc. Definitely involves brain with whole body!

Conscious control of walking works all the time. You wonder why you never did it before.

Have you had your inflammation checked? Uric acid levels (ferritin blood test) ? Based on your memory issues and difficulty with weight loss, I suspect that like me, you might have some severe inflammation. I do not have celiac disease but it turns out I have a really bad reaction to gluten. Once I removed gluten then all grains from my diet, I improved. Seed oils are a big culprit of inflammation as well. I bet if you try this your memory will improve and your weight loss will become easier. Look in to Citicoline / CDP Choline. It can help with memory.
