Hi, I know nothing about pancreatitis but can offer some hints in a different direction. First of all, best thing for constipation are kiwi. I took them after laparoscopy as pain medication killed good bacterias. Not sure if you were tested for Sibo. Lactulose normally does miracles if you dont have sibo. Its feeds good bacterias and thats why its suppose to help with constipation. But anyway, constipation can have two causes, sometimes mixed. One is not enough diversity in colon. For that, instead of lactulose which is a prebiotic , take Partially hydrolised guar gum from Optifiber or Healths Origin. If you get bloated under an hour from your meals,it means you have Sibo. The second cause of constipation is methane Sibo. But doing kiwi, guar gum and increasing to 4-5 fruits a day should fix it.Im also curious as i came here from Sibo as i think creon 10 000 is helpping me. I thought pancreatitis comes only with diareea. I am curious about sympthoms.
