Thank you for that suggestion I will certainly give it a try.

HELLO

If you are having problems like above, do not stay in any position for too long, keep shifting and do not cross your legs. Your health pro may give some compression bandage to try at night,

When in bed as when sitting always try and elevate the leg by putting a pillow under buttok or ankle that may help. If you have a TENS try a nerve block on the side of the leg and four inches above towards the bottom, also see the GP he will have some ideas that may be more beneficial

Hi There if i was u i would go to the doctors. For what u are saying. About pain in your lower back?buttocks it sounds like lumbar degenerative disc diease.Which i suffer from good luck.

Hello Matriach

Due to your age it may well be advisable to see the GP, Ibuprofen can cause changes to the blood supply as it will thin the blood, hence the problem with bruising on these meds.

Because you are on heart medications take advice on this from your GP.

There are further medications that He can try and act in the same way, that will not effect the blood. When taking NSIDs you may also need regular blood tests to check various functions of your kidneys, etc.

You may also be entitled to see an Occupational Therapist who will look at how you are managing in the home. to make life easy for you, The council will be able to assist with various jobs around the house, take all the help that you are entitled to you have erned it.
