What a pain I missed it was it good or bad,, I was having a bad day and just did nothing on Monday because of pain it was a bad bad day. I have been doing up a toilet and over the last six months I have papered it and put the cabinet on the wall and I had to fit skirting boards yesterday which I found very painful but had to finish it . I had paced myself but should have stopped when after the first piece. But never mind, today is another day.
