Around 7 years ago I had open heart surgery it was a success as I'm here to tell my story.
With out going on to much I have never been right after surgery and have suffered from pain ever since.
I had two surgeries So after being cut open and then re opened I have had to live with this on a daily basis.
I am prescribed pain relief and it helps to alleviate to some degree.
Thankfully I'm here all be it with some collateral damage.
I work as a Landscape gardener self employed so it's sometimes a viscous circle.
Theres no immediate solution but that's why I've joined the forum.
