I've had same for ages, I've had bloods done recently because of it.. Will see the doctor soon.

I've tried creams etc etc..with no effect.

very sorry to hear that you are having trouble and I do understand as I too get the very same which completely stops me from sleeping on my sides, it seems to stem from my spondylitis and after many years, don’t seem to be able to get a cure for it as my spine has got to the stage now when it’s classed as inoperable however I sincerely hope you manage to find a way to stop it all the best John

so sorry - I get very bad pain on my right hip bone even when I’ve not sleeped on that side. Unfortunately it’s still a mystery with me so I can’t offer advice- just hope it gets better soon.

I get this as well I suffer with pelvic nerve pain my suggestion is to go to a Pelvic pain specialist not a pain specialist a pelvic pain specialists to ensure you do not have a pelvic nerve issue I know personally the pudendal nerve runs across the hip..good luck
