Tiny black dot appeared ?

I've had a very light pale brown mole/beauty spit on my face for years and years it does sprout hair around it and I do shave face .I noticed a tiny literally a pin prick black dot appeared in it . I've looked at it and my partner and they think it is a ingrowing hair or black head both tried for squeeze it out but nothing and obviously don't want to irate it too much it hasn't changed since I got it nor has my mole could it just be a stubborn black head or hair ?

As it has changed I'd get the doc to check it. Probably nothing but at least you will know.

I would not worry too much these days , but only doctor can decide really and dermatology have new machines to look at such things and take pictures and some GPs have means to take picture and seek advice. There is a new machine now that can tell how deep a cancer is under the skin if you are concerned. But first stop is the GP. There are chemo creams that can be used now too. Unless it changes more I would wait a little longer so its more definite what it is.
