Weighted blanket

Hi I'm 11 stone and I'm just wondering what have people bought the 4kg or 6kg blanket?

My son uses a weighted blanket. He is only 9 stone. I bought one that has removable weights and he took the ones out of the bottom to double them up at the top where he likes it to be heavier. Essentially that makes the blanket a lot heavier for him. We tried a 'cooling' weighted blanket but it wasn't nearly heavy enough for him.

So I think it is hard to say, it is very personal. Some people like really heavy ones, others lighter ones.
