Get Active Men’s Group have created a unique approach supporting men wanting to get more physically active, whilst boosting confidence to take control of their weight – ultimately becoming a healthier and happier person.

Over the 10-week programme, support is delivered in a group setting with an experience health coach, who can enable individuals to make simple long term lifestyle changes and provide motivation and encouragement throughout the weight loss journey.

Groups are running in two locations:

GL1 Leisure Centre, Gloucester – Monday’s 13.00-14.30

Focus Fit, Cinderford – Wednesday’s 13.00-14.00

If you know any males, aged 30+ who might be interested in finding out more, please do visit the web page and complete the short form:

It might be worth checking first before going as the venue GL1 Leisure Centre suddenly closed due to lack of funds.
