Facet Joint Arthritis - I need Help!

I had an L4/5 lumbar fusion in 2016 and in the last 2 years I have developed arthritis in the facet joint above the fusion.

Pain levels are high and my back is in constant spasm. Medical interventions have included cortisoid injections, denervation and botox injections to reduce pain.

The pain and reduced freedom to walk/ exercise persist. I need your help:

1) Does anyone have a similar health issue?

2) Are there any other medical treatments I could consider?

3) Any other chronic pain management ideas I could look at?

I had botox injections for nerve pain in my shoulder and neck. It took a few days to work and took the edge off the pain for about 4 months. I would highly recommend the injections.
