If you have had a failed back surgery, when was it determined? I had l5 s1 fusion, laminectomy and bilateral foraminotomy almost a year ago and am concerned about the amount of back and nerve pain I am still experiencing.

Hi, I had a lamonectomy 10 years ago, L5 - S1, still constant pain due to the sciatic nerve being damaged and disc touching it. I was told (NICE guidelines uk) no fusion as it wouldn't work.
