hip bursitus and dorsi spasm

has anyone suffered with any of these and what did they do.?

Hip bursitis

USe heat and ice.

Fill yoghurt pot then freeze. Ice protrudes above pot so rub over area. This bumbs pain.

Hi there, yes I have hip bursitis. I went to my doctor who referred me to the hospital where I received cortisone injections, one injection every 3 months. It helped at the time but relief was short lived. I find it very difficult to lie on my side where the bursitis exists.
