There’s more to say after R U OK?

Read in article of AIPC: R U OK?Day is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask,

“Are you OK?” and support those struggling with life.

Life’s ups and downs happen to all of us. So chances are someone you know might be struggling. Your genuine support can make a difference whatever they are facing, big or small.

So, don’t wait until someone’s visibly distressed or in crisis. Make a moment meaningful and ask them how they’re really going.

Ask the question to somebody today… it could change their life. #r u ok #conversation #be there for others #show empathy #make world better place

You are so right. Such a simple question and a show of interest can be so helpful and welcome . Thanks for posting, it will hopefully prompt a response and make a difference.
