Just a wee update on my hip injury. Well I'm coming along good gp referred me to a live well programme so I've got my first muscle strengthening class on friday and will be doing aqua fit next week. Pain calmed down a good bit thankfully been a long 3+ months. I hope you are all well today

Hi Betsy50, I had chronic hip pain for 10 years, that is until I discovered the curing factors of Green Lipped Mussel. Now six months later after starting GLM I have neglible pain. Miraculous I know (thank God). Please do check out the video on GLM and also the patients' reviews. MQ7
