Hi, have been experiencing twitching a lot lately in my legs, arms, shoulders and wondered if this is the norm when it comes to degenerative disc disease?

I think they call that Restless Legs Syndrome . Check with your GP

Goggling. Great but you know what it’s like we end up with some life threatening condition so will have to Not let my imagination run away with me
