Only noticed it pass few months it feels tight at times. Feels soft like there's nothing under it.

I will advise you seek your doctors advice. It maybe anything/ can be serious.
Maybe a cyst but only a doctor can diagnosis. Please let us know when you find out what it is 😊
I think you should see a doctor, it may be nothing but any lumps (soft or not) should be checked out just to make sure it's nothing that needs treatment.
