Hello, I hope this post finds everyone safe and as well as can be. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, I was rudely woken last night, with myself screaming out and giving my husband a fleg. For some reason, my left elbow had completely seized, and the pain was horrendous. I had to get my husband to help move my elbow back and forward until it moved freely, has anyone else had something similar? Thank you for reading my post.

Occasionally my left arm does go into a funny spasmIn the upper joint. Not very often though and usually if I move awkwardly. It’s not nice. I can sympathise with you , at least your not alone .
