Chronic Post Surgery Pain

Hi, I'm new here - does anyone have any advice on chronic post surgical pain? I had a tonsillectomy in August 2018 and was eventually diagnosed with a nerve pain in my throat. I'm taking pregablin and nortriptylene for it and currently doing a pain management course. My pain has disappeared in the past and when it's returned I've managed to get it to a reasonable level where I can still function (have two young daughters) however the last couple of months it's been unbearable - I'm assuming this is a flare - any tips on how to decrease it again? Thanks
