MRI results back

Hi folks so I've now had MRI scan and results are back at orthopedic so I've to go next week. My wrist feels like it getting tighter and tighter daily !!! So I'm hoping something has showed up as that is only one week and they have results. I woulding have thought they would ask me back in if it was clear ? What do you folks think ?

I think it will depend on how busy everyone is. I have had imaging results that have shown something but because the routine follow up appointment was already made for 3 months time, they didn't bother telling me any sooner. On the other hand if they have the space and there is something that they want to discuss with you, they may just slot you in sooner.

I guess what I'm saying is hopefully they will have found something that is treatable and your pain will get better, but don't count on it!

Hi cyberbarn thanks for replying yes I sincerely hope something shows up this pain truly is awful numbness on 2 fingers too. Thanks hope you are well

Have to agree with you , would think if calling you back that they found something that can be treated. That is a quick turn around too MRIs often take weeks to come back. Hopefully things can soon be improved now . Take care and best wishes for a good result.

Hi katie thanks for replying. Yes I'm so desperate to get rid of this horrible pain it so awful. Will keep you posted
