Hi Annie... that sounds very much like claudication, it's a circulatory problem, which can be very painful. I'd advise you to see your Gp , in between time do check it out on the 'net as you might be able to find some relief from it temporarily.

Thanks I ďo have restless legs and lower back disc degeneration dr said my legs pain is the restless legs

Hi - sorry to hear about your problems which sound similar to mine. Please check out arachnoiditishope.com, the bulletins section, and arachnoiditis.co.uk. I am not saying this is what you have because only a surgeon with MRI can tell you about this unreported condition. I have found both websites to be very helpful - I have Cauda equina syndrome, adhesive arachnoiditis a cyst pushing against the spinal cord and spinal canal stenosis. I hope this helps, but feel free to keep in touch to let us know how you get on.
