Breastbone pain and feel like i cant breathe properly

Im a 28 year old guy and i woke up a few days ago and couldnt seem to breathe properly and i have to take deep breaths to feel like ive breathed in enough oxygen and my breastbone feels sore like its inflamed inside and sometimes hurts to touch it. I have had problems with acid reflux for the past several months and i know that can make my chest sore but can that affect my breathing as well? Or could it be something else? I would go to the gp but they’ll be closed now for christmas so i cant.

Esophogial spasms can def make u feel that way,as I have that n acid reflux.Just a thought.Re:acid reflux..lay on ur left side like a board.Guarantee it will help ur acid reflux n will help alleviate the symptoms pretty quick.If ya start burping or farting,it's working,lol

I’ve recently been diagnosed with acid reflux, but there is more to it than that. Did you have the flu jab recently? Have you had C-19?

I’ve had a really horrible journey through C-19 and Long Covid and then a reaction to the flu jab. My heart has been damaged and the consequences sound similar.
