I am having a pain below my right ribs . When I take a deep breath it pains more …

while breathing , sneezing laughing it is paining .

I workout daily and take whey protein .

I wanna know the cause of it and which doctor should I consult .

Could it be pleurisy? (Not sure if I have spelt that right). I have had this - and it sounds similar. You need to see your GP as soon as possible, as it can be treated.

Hi bobby1670. It could be that when you worked out, you actually stretched the tissues surrounding the lungs too much and now it hurts. Or it could be the end tail of a cold or flu as well. Or, it could be your liver playing up. You're taking whey protein and your liver may not like it. The other possibility with the liver could be tiny gall blader stones and the duct they pass through is inflamed. Better to see a doctor.Good luck.
