Total Exhaustion

Why do i feel very exhausted most of the time .I am on Iron and Follic acid tablets now but i do not feel any better. Everything seems to be such an effort. I am Diabetic(type 2) ; have Heart condition plus Angina; Athritis in Knees and Feet so exercise is limited I also have Spondilolothis base of Spine which is extremely painful . GP and Cardiologist see to be satisfied with all tests which i have had so is there anywhere i can go from here?.

Robin41, I can sympathise with your pain. I too have slondylolisthesis for which I need surgery, arthritis in hands, ankles, shoulders, wrist and knees for which I have had 1 knee replacement. My GP has me on Tramadol,Pregablin and Paracetamol. There is a great Free exercise programme called I Versus Arthritis which is chair based and slow and gentle. I found these exercises helped with both my fatigue and mood. Here's wishing you a happier and healthier year. X
