Need help

Does anyone have or do they know someone who has the following systems. If so please reply to me

Intense body heat that generally starts in the lower abdomen and then spread to the back. The heat spreads throughout the entire body to you feet. When it spreads to the face your cheeks feel like they are on fire. There have been a few times I was so hot I checked my skin to see if it was on fire. This happens year round. Last night was cold. I had light weight pjs and a light flannel blanket. I didn't need the blanket until about 3 hours after going to bed. By then I had cooled down. When I am suffering with this heat the only way I can tell if it is cold is because my nose will get cold.

I am diabetic and I am thinking it could be neuropathy????

Circulation issues or thyroid??

I am treated for low thyroid. I am a senior with heart issues so I do have some circulation problems but not anything unmanageable. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
