Sharp pain

I have been getting a sharp stabbing pain in the back side of my knee than it gives way

Hi Teapot66 , when you put your feet up, do you make sure your calves and knees are also supported ? If you dont you may be stretching the ligaments behind your knee. I am not a clinician but it happened to me years ago before I knew the correct way to put your feet up. The phrase should be "put your legs up " take care Annlynne
