I've had this small pain that comes and goes in my left testicle for as long as i can remember. I found out that there's a small weird lump on top of it.
Here's a picture: this isn't my penis btw it's a picture i found online but the lump looks pretty much identical.
The pain isn't sharp it's just dull and it doesn't bother me much. It isn't too distracting. It's noticeable but it doesn't stop me from exercising or anything.
I've had this for around a year i think. maybe more

Uhhh..oookkkk🙄..First off theres a forum for Mens Health on this HU site n penis concerns.
I dont have a penis but im thinking maybe you could have a hernia?? Id get with a gp asap about it.
Btw this may get flagged for the pic even though we r all adults here🤔
Please go see a doctor immediately. My son had the exact same symptoms at 20. He said it had been like 4 months since he first noticed the small lump. It was testicular cancer that required immediate surgery and chemotherapy. I am not trying to scare you. Please know that this cancer is very treatable. My son was diagnosed in stage 3 (already metastasized), and eight months later he was in remission. It was a long, tough battle and the chemo was really tough, but he made it.
The important think is not to wait a day longer. That small lump may be the only symptom. Some people have no symptoms at all. Please take care of yourself and go to doctor. If you are diagnosed, report back. I am happy to share more of our experience if it will help you.
