Been diagnosed with NAFLD 6 months ago and have read there's a connection of some sort between this and CKD which I also have.
My liver disease is stage 2 and my kidneys at stage 3a.
Recently I'm getting more liver pain and feeling much more tired. I've also been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and was advised to purchase and take 25 micrograms of D3 per day as low in that too but apparently not low enough to be prescribed anything stronger.
So why am i so tired. I mean much more than usual. Is it my lover, kidneys, B12 (I have regular injections) the D3 or is it just the fibromyalgia I've also been diagnosed with?

Thank you for your post and apologies to hear you are experiencing this. In terms of medical advice for your tiredness, going to your doctor about this would be a good move for them to pinpoint the cause of this and to be able to suggest anything that could prevent this.
I have linked our website down below which offers many great resources for both pain itself, but also managing this pain. Self management and mindfulness can be a really effective tool to help manage pain to a great extent. This can involve trying to take your mind off pain and tiredness when you feel yourself experiencing it. Although this can be hard, it can be beneficial to try and focus on getting on with tasks as you would if you weren't experiencing this, which can in turn psychologically weaken pain.
