I am LPJG. I suffered from excruciating knee pain and I am managing the pain through diet and exercise.

You can call me LPJG (Love, Peace, Joy , Gratitude) I radiate and live everyday as my name. There is no dull moment in my life.

I was fortunate to find this group through Active 10 following a knee injury I had in February BC-lockdown.

I was a very active lifestyle influencer as I like healthy cooking, exercising, meditation, dancing, playing monopoly and elevate. The knee injury brought out a different dimension of me otherwise, I would not have found you.

If you would like to connect drop me a line and we might celebrate a new us after the lockdown and enjoy this body and the beautiful planet with its richness, unconditional love before we leave it to Mother Earth.
