Need your advice about pain management in UK

Hi everyone! I sustained damage to part of the Trigeminal Nerve in my right cheek. I’ve been on 2 pain meds since 2010. Tried many other things however it’s the only thing that has worked to relieve my 24-7 severe, intractable pain.

Last September I moved to the Atlanta area and have found pain management practices and the RX they prescribe to be woefully insufficient.

Once we can leave our homes again my plan is to move to London or Oxford.

What kind of GP or specialist may be able to treat me?

Do they treat with opioids? I very much want to move to the UK but need to plan ahead.

Many thanks!

😊
