I suffer from irateable bowel sydrome back pain aswell which has caused alot of problems with work screwsgeated back pain couldn't carry on working my job was kitchen assistant porter in hotels I got meals at hotel bacon could have been cause of it and drinking alchahol lager I have been told off doctor I am at risk of dietbetes on borderline with liver I had this back pain when I had a fall down steps to carpark in 200year worked at Tigris restaurant st Anne's couldn't carry on working pain too much then I worked at Claremont hotel same again then I started to work for a agency that year masterstaff in blackpool next year worked at harry ramsden restaurant got shingles had to finish work again worked at metropole hotel had to finish that job back pain again this was 2001 york hotel lasted one shift year after year I either got sacked or finished work as pain unbearable not worth going through the pain my last job was in kendal for contract cleaning company scented water from my rear with the pain in 2011 year worked two 12 hour shifts and that was it they played me off work this contract cleaning company I was having accidents in my trousers phoned my dad up he said get yourself back home so I came back to consett from blackpool didn't want to comeback had no choice went to doctors sent me for colon test at hospital here found out fat polopusses on stomach need to eat healthier if he has anymore problems said him back a bloke that done the the test said could be my diet that has caused this problems meals at work and drinking lager in blackpool smoking hasnt helped but I have stopped drinking alcohol and eating bacon still got the backpain that will never go away wish I could work it's not the work that stops me it's the walking around on your feet all day pains too much to bair now cant do it anymore walk around all day let alot of employers down in blackpool hotel all I can do is apologise hope they read this the fall down steps eating your meals at your hotel and drinking lager at pubs hasnt helped my health and that's why am still in pain today ok

Hey mate so sorry to hear about all your troubles. It can’t be easy but you have shown that you are a grafter by all the work that you have mentioned. Hope that a change in diet etc...really helps to improve your lifestyle. Keep your chin up and take it one day at a time. Take good care of yourself 👍
