I have just changed my medication from 80mg zomorph 12h caps to 90mg mxl 24h caps. Am I getting a similar dose of pain relief or has the dose been nearly halved ?

hi I think you may need to speak to your doctor or pharmacist, I have never heard of 24hr sr morphine, I take 80mgs sr zoromorph twice a day, sorry could not be helpful
Yep nearly halved, assuming you just take one, and no morphine tablets or oramorph.
