Infected abrasion

My abrasion over ankle is infected because of hot saline fomentation which was prescribed by doctor to reduce swelling. I had applied soframycin before that. There are small fluid bubbles around my wound. What should I do?

Go to the doctor again. Not so sure this forum can really cover this. Perhaps it was too warm? If they’re blisters if they pop just use antibiotic cream on it cover it with gauze just use warm water to keep it clean nothing else. Blisters form to protect the skin. To heal underneath. Once they pop you don’t want to add peroxide or something strong you just need antibiotic cream & gauze & warm soapy water to clean it.
