Sorry to hear about all the infections, is sounds like you have some pesky bacteria that just won't leave you alone! Either that, or you are getting so run down after each infection you aren't at your prime to fight the next one.

I hope you manage to stay flu free all winter.

Hi cyberbarn ty for your reply

In July still not 100% went on holiday to Vilamoura in Portugal.

After a day or two I began to feel better, began enjoying my food etc

The sun and with the family was added bonus.

Since then it’s been great no infections, enjoying life again, with my walks and my golf.

I to. Be honest I have never felt better.

Being 70 now I Want enjoy life,never a smoker,not a drinker,but enjoy a pint now and then

I carry the cream to clean my hands all the time now,and pray I do not catch a chest infection again

Again TY for your reply

Stay away from flu Jab 😷 . Keep a scarf on and hot drinks. Honey and lemon. Any phlem, bring it up and get it out. If you use air fresheners get rid, be careful of perfumes or anything that gives you a tight chest. But trust me on the scarf x

Keeping the scarf on,what brought out this tip.

Keeping your throat area warm helps. Chills on the chest tend to lead from no coverage of the neck area. Whenever I've gone out without a scarf , I get heavy chest, with it I don't.

You may find that Allicin liquid 5ml three times daily, plus 1000mg liposomal Vitamin C could be useful - hope so.

I would love to move abroad, for the better weather.

But two main problems,my other half and my two beautiful grandchildren.

So clock changes,it was early November my problems with chest infections started last year, and just after the flu jab!!!!

I thank all for your comments, and will keep you all informed of my winter tales.

Take care all

Andy

Just thought to give update on me Health.

8th of December so far so good,no chest infections thank god.

Wearing scarf when going out, needed in this weather.

Hand cream on before I leave the house 🏠 .

Was on bus to Edinburgh and across from me a foreign lady coughed continually not covering her mouth.as I was going off the bus 🚌 I told her partner this and indicated to him that she would be wise to see a Doctor.

Oh was In a pub for a pint as one ☝️ does, and as I washed my hands in the pub toilet a guy who I saw come in exited without 🧽 his hands, frightening.

Be safe all

Andy
